on the first picture on the D21 notice the hydraulic cylinder - part of Harrison (H&R) Elgin 's water injection - put water in the cylinder - pressurize it on the top with adjustable hyd pressure - instant atomization sent thru 6 lines drilled into the intercooler....when the pressure turned on.
