If you were closer you are right on the money for the buzz saw. That is a fair price.

Allis cultivator that's been modified would go for $150 to $200 IMHO. The Allis tool bar with or without tree about $50. That's my thoughts. Could be wrong. Did you try putting them on Craig's List? That seems to work well for some. And maybe a John Deere forum for the burr mill. Good luck.

I would like to know what the Allis "tool bar" is. I can see a snap couple hitch but can't tell what else is there.

I would love to have that Burr Mill with no argument on your price at all - but have no way of getting it Tennessee and can't take off from work to go get it myself.

There isn't much a WC can't do.

WD's just do it better.

Yknow, it's not unreasonable to bump a thread up every once in a while, but bumping it more than once a week is not. Realize that every time you do that, the forum sends out emails to everyone who's watching your thread, so you're spamming them.

You've posted pictures and prices, and answered some questions, and I don't think you've made any incredible misconceptions in asking price, but the way you're going about it seems incredibly impatient.  Obviously, the big challenge for anything you've posted here is transportation, and if buyers get the impression you're impatient, they'll also get the impression that storage and transportation cannot be negotiated.

So stop bumping, and instead, post more pictures and offer more pertinant sale information:  IF a someone is willing to buy, must they pick up immediately, or can they wait for a while?  Can you break larger items down for transport?  Do you have machinery capable of lifting the larger items onto common trailers?  Are you going to any events/shows/swap-meets where items could be transferred?

You know Dave you can turn that e-mail alert thing off.  Maybe you should think about doing that?

I don't have the e-mail notifications but I have to agree with Dave on this one. 2-3 times a day to bump a post up is excessive and it gets annoying...

awwwwwww......i don't wanna hear it!!!! when my dad died, my brothers flocked to the farm, i couldn't get off work, they called the local junk man to come make an offer on all of dad's equipment cuz they didn't want to mess with it. dad did have some good equip. and alot of antique equipment. so i asked my brothers who was going to pay me for my equipment that was on dad's place? i got that deer in the headlights look from both of them. they asked me which was my equipment and i wouldn't tell them. the junk man did haul off some equipment and didn't pay for any of it. (some of mine too) and i had to sue my brothers for the cost of my equipment, as the junk man had already cut up some of mine. it ended up per the judge/court  they had to pay me over $20,000.00 for my equipment that they gave away! i think that was the day our family parted ways! oh well...city boys vs. farmer boy!

Stan-

I'd turn it off, but then I wouldn't see posts come up.

See... I get sent through there every so often, and the company allows me to pull a trailer... SO... if someone sees something they want, and it's something I can help transport, I frequently do.  I guess you could call it a company perk, and I use it to help guys who wouldn't otherwise be able to get equipment they need or want.

Hudson- your PM box is full... clear it a little and drop me a note!
