I paid anywhere from 100-200 for the weights.  I paid 60 for a set of latches, but that I thought was a good deal.  They were just the regular style for WD45 and smaller D series without the round hole for the bar that links to two like on a D17 etc.  Last year I paid 100 for a complete snap coupler setup to put on my WD.  Hope that helps.

I paid $25 for a snap coupler bell assembly off ebay. A good bail I've seen at swap meets for $40 to $50. Some venders want $100 but can be found pretty easy for less. $50 to $75 for latches maybe a little less if you look hard. Drawbar bail brackets $10. Good drawbar $50. These are prices I've paid or seen. At certain auctions even less but you run into stuff like that by accident at auctions. Weights you can find for $50 each.
