The ole 45 wit my boom rig used to lift the top off and set on hayrack, hauled home and set it off. Then went back and lifted the rest on the rack and brought home. I had to stake the bin down with some screw in anchors for the winter till I formed and poured the cement.
Brother Jim and Dad came to help set it in place.

I saw this one while looking at something the guy had advertised for sale. Asked him about it and he said he would take $300 for it. I looked it over and declined because it had a tin bottom and had cement poured inside years ago. A couple weeks later the guy called and said if I wanted it, to come and get it. I had to bring a torch along to cut the bottom of the wall away from the cemented floor.

I bought a 1000-bu  from a guy once for a hundred bucks,  him, a buddy, and myself picked it up (roof and all) and set it on some timbers and I backed a trailer under it and we set it down on the trailer, when I got it to its now spot I used a backhoe and an h3 to pick it up and pulled the trailer out from under it, then set it down, but it was alot of walking back and forth between the two as I could only let it down a few inches at a time, I still have 2 3800 (I think) butlers that need to be put up if anyone wants to come and helpWink, I bought them 4-5 years ago and they are still in the same spot, just never seem to have any time
