170/175 wanted. Help!

   Hello all. It has been quite a few years since I have been on the forum. I have been actively looking for a 170 or 175 and I could use some help. Gas or diesel, I do not care. I am not concerned about the hours. Obviously, the less hours the better, but a well cared for tractor means more to me. I want one that looks nice and runs/drives just as well. That's it! I repair equipment all day for others and I don't want to pickup one I will have to tear into right away. I have found a few and even offered asking price on two, but I must have some odd luck. One won't sell until his "homemade" auction is done, and the other will not get back to me. ok...well I ask your help. If you or someone you know has one and considering sale, please contact me. I am willing to work with someone who has one and I will pay for what its worth. I live between Milwaukee and Madison, so I would like to find something under a 6 hour ride. 	Check craigslist. There's a 170 and 175 on Madison cl.
	Ya cain't fix stupid.
