How many miles could a 620 with Onan CCKB road travel on tank of gas?
Or, what is the miles per gallon (MPG) on the road high gear?
1500 pounds, hydrostat, 800cc air cooled L-head, goes 10 miles per hour.
Fuel tank is 3.8 gallons. I am thinking 11MPG, based on guess that it needs to make 8hp to stay at 10miles per hour.

If your calculation is correct, you're talking about near 42 miles on a tank of gas.  All I know is that as thirsty as my 720s are...I would want a spare can of gas to try to make it that far on one tank...but I never really tired to see what they would do.  Den
