on a 7010 allis is the black inside and outside suppose to be a flat or gloss type black?? thanks for any help

I like to use gloss black for the chassis. For inside the cab black semi-gloss looks nice, but the last one I did I used satin black and I really like how that looks. The satin painted nice too.
