What do you think of the Allis Chalmers B10 Garden tractor? Can you get parts for it? Is it a reliable machine? Does the snow blower for it work well? Give me your thoughts. Thanks

I have one as well as a B110. Bought a blower for them this year but haven't had the chance to use it yet. Lot of used parts out, some of the common wear parts are done aftermarket as well. Engine parts are still easy to find, though pistons are scarce. The bevel gear box (bgb) is still serviceable. I ran a 46" blade on my B110 (basically a B10 with different sheet metal) and that thing was one tough SOB in snow. I think I only got my Wd and 9' SC blade out once last winter. Excited to get the blower on my B10.

When new they were built to last! And they lasted 40 + years when taken care of! If you totally rebuild one it will last another 40 years. As for buying one now it will probably need attention to engine, bevel gear box and transmission axle-differential area as they are probably well worn!

Thanks for the input. I was going to look at one and needed some other opinions. We rebuilt an 1948 Allis B and no what your talking about as it was very well worn. Thanks again, Randy
