Need to know what way the valve bridges (under the rocker arms) go on one side is oval other is round

Shouldn't matter. If one side is oval and the other is round, that means its a floating valve bridge. Once the engine is started it will cnter itself. A 3406E CAT is set up the same way |

One side is opened up a bit (slotted) to prevent any chance of binding due to spacing tolerances and guide wear.
