Why.... Autolite of coarse! lol! We got em' in stock. Just need the serial # for proper reach & heat range..

I use AC plugs, R45XLS in the 170 or long reach D17 and use R45S in WD45 and short reach D17.

I use autolite in a long reach D-17 head app65 . double platnum. They clear up nicely after sitting awaile.

ngk race plugs 3/4 projected tip or on stock ignitions sometimes autolite snowmobile plugs are the answere but i like the race plugs and the various heat ranges they come in.

Actually, the Autolite 295 is the 3/8" short reach plug.

yeap dan thats correct . the only time i would run the 3/8 reach plug on either the 3 or 4 inch head is if i was oil fouling the plugs . the heads sparkplug hole is made in fashion of a good antifouler when the 3/8 reach plugs are use . on the 3 inch head you cant use the projected tip . the electrode will hit the backside of the plug hole casting in the head . if you desire a projected tip plug for the 3 inch head my recomendatiomn is to look at the .708 reach plugs they have worked for use on the 3 inch head well in the past. I dont have any plugs in stock cant compete with autozone or orielys.

I just bought some new old stock AC Fire Ring 45XL Spark Plugs on Ebay. These are also the same spark plugs used in Chrysler - 1954 - V8 - All
Chrysler - 1955 - V8 - All (except Windsor)
Nash Metropolitan - 1954 1955 1956 1957 1958 1959 - All
Packard - Late 1955 - 320 V8 - All

We run AC plugs in both of our 17's never had a problem ever.
