There was a post on here a long time ago about
2 8095 tractors at a dealership and farm in
southern Indiana. Are they still there, and does
anyone have a photo of either or both of them?
Also, a restored 8095 was at Hutchinson, not
very long ago. Does anyone have a good
photo of that tractor?

There was also a picture of the Hunley farm here on the site. On that picture you saw the 8095.
Does anyone know this farm and these farmers?

I believe that's what they were. I was visiting our office in Davenport IA a couple years back. There were two of them cutting hay. What was special about it was they parked them in the shadow of the big Deere plant! I would have really loved to have been able to stage a pic of them with that plant in the background!
It was at and around the airport at 61 and I80 where I saw them. Probably from a local farm.

The book tells of 4 8070's that were fitted with 673cid engines made by Komatsu. It was going to be in the 1986 production with a 3 range PS trans giving us 18f and 3r gears.

Dutchboy. Hunleys had a 185 for sale on Tractorhouse.com. In the backround of the picture of the 185 was this 8095. It has been a while ago.
Jay. The decal says 8070 because that is what AC had on the shelf in the parts room. Who in 1985 was gonna make decals for a experiment? Also industrial espionage is a thriving buisness. Best way to keep a new product under wraps is to make it look like a existing product. Also if you been around a 8070 FWA you will notice this one is two to three feet longer. The extra hood section shows it also.
What it has for a engine now? Knowing Hunleys, probably a Cummins of some sort.

As I understand it the 8095 had a little heavier front axle and a kamatsu engine and the hood was a little longer. There was only 3 made. Hunleys have 2 of them and the front axle from the third. The rest of the 3rd one ended up somewhere in wisconsin as I understand it anyway. I was told it has a regular 8070 front end under it now. Those 8095s came with the power dirrector trannys only. Upon the colaspe of AC komatsu came and got their engines. The 8095s now have a variety of different engines.

Don Finetti (sp?) who recently died owned the third. It was on display in 2003 at the GOTO in MN. It was looking pretty pampered compared to Hunleys. It had a AC 426 under the hood I believe.

These are the only two photos of I have of the one that was converted back to 8070 with 426 engine. This was at the Orange Spectacular in 2003. It had 20.8 x 42 rear tires, the FWA axle had several changes and the rear housing had a different oil fill port.

Hunleys had theres at the show at Lanesville In a couple years ago , it is a hoss, it has a 8.3 liter cummins in it now, and they still farm with it, supposedly they bought out the ac test facility , and have enough stuff to build another??? The frame is noticeable longer. There were some pics posted a year or 2 ago on here.

Hunleys dealership closed after AGCO pulled their contract. They just were farming last time I talked to them. I think Burgie has photos of the 8095 they farm with.
