This ad is in our local paper.  Maybe someone on here can snatch it up.
 
Invitation to Bid
The Village of Stockton is accepting sealed bids for
a 1953 Allis Chalmers D717 Grader.
Grader can be seen at Village  Garage.
Bids will be accepted until
Monday, September 9, 2013 at Village Hall.
The village reserves the right to reject any and all
bids and will be sold in "as is" condition.
Contact Village Hall, 815-947-3831 with questions.
 
 
For any one wondering where Stockton. IL is located,
It is about 50-60 miles west of Rockford on US 20.

No, I haven't seen it for a couple years.  I seem to remember it had some broken cab glass, but wasn't too bad otherwise.  I've never heard or seen it run.
