Hello guys need some help... looking for a bean head for a gleaner A2. I found a bean head from a gleaner A that is in good shape...will a gleaner A head fit on a gleaner A2??? Thanks in advance guys!

Will fit the throat but the drive is different.Should be able to convert drive but I don't know what all you'll need.Need to be able to compare the drives to figure it out.

Unless the it is a late A, the A2 mounts differant. The late A's had the bayonet mounts like the A2 and the early ones bolted on.

Steve and Joe are telling you the right info on your A2. I got into this looking for parts for my "A" head. The Ser# change on the "A" combine was around 13,000 on the mountings and the drive is totally different and will take a lot changing to get it on your A2. I'd just look for a A2 head, But that's just me. LOL
Cook tractor salvage had a A2 in there yard two months ago, Here's there # 877-885-9201. Don
