Does anyone know where you can find new clutchs and plates for a 7060s power director clutch. Does Agco heritage still offer them? The tractor slips at low throttle and wont move unless you give it some fuel. I just put it back together but picked and chose the best of 2 power directors. Would it be the clutches or the pump causing it... This probably isnt related and I asked this before but when I had this tractor apart I found this part on top of the floor dry one night. Ive split 3 of these tractors and have never seen one and have taken it to the local allis/agco shop and they dont know what it is. Just wondering if anyone on here might be able to help me find its place. Or hopefully it doesnt go anywhere on it. I looks to be a plunger maybe and a ball and spring. thanks

You have pump/pressure /valve problems. I'll bet you can't tell me what you pressures are because you haven't checked them....Should be 195-205 psi for a PD. Up to 230 would be OK.

No I havent checked any pressures. Since I put it back together the clutch is extremely jumpy. The brakes are hard like there might be air in them,and the transmission brake won't work but the disk looked good. I need to get a gauge to check the pressure. I have 2 other pumps. I should have put a different one one it before. thanks

No connection of brakes to clutch/clutch brake. I'd flow-rate and check pressures before installing a pump....problem may be in the valve. Did you re-seal the clutch pistons?????????? or stick in all used parts???

I resealed one of them I think it was hi. Agco didn't have the other one they were going to have to order it, so I just put it back together with one new one. Should have waited. I took the 6 best looking clutches and used them. the other 6 (3 in each tractor) were burnt and some of the separators were warped. I took the power director valve off of the old transmission and used it because I knew it worked, so that may be the problem as well. Which pump is it that controls the clutch. Ive got a newer gerotor pump with only a few hours on it but its been setting for about ten years out of the tractor. Before the split if you were working it too hard at too low of rpm such as 1500 it would pull the motor down until it broke loose and started slipping and it would freewheel until you gave it more fuel, which I know is hard on it i would usually push in the clutch first. Now though after it warms up it starts slipping at an idle which is better but still not good. thanks
