than the stock carb on a wd, maybe one off a wd 45 or? if it has to have an adapter or something made that is no problem

45 is bigger. I'm sure a D17 carb would fit as the aftermarket manifolds are generic fit between WD, WD45, and D 17. I'm sure someone who pulls can chime in with a better plan or some internal magic that'll help as well.

Aaron is correct. We have a WC with the one size fits everything replacement manifold, from WC-Early D17 that has a MS carb off a WD45 and another WC with an original WD45 manifold Gleaner "E" carburator that's similar to the WD45 carb on the other tractor. One tractor is a 217 cid engine with the stock 4" crank and the other is 240 cid with a WD45 4.5" crank and both tractors run really great. Kip
