I have a d10 serial no4300 We bought it new it says it is a series2 but the book says it does not exist What is the problem The series 2 started in 1963 by the book I have.

What says it's a series II? If it's just decals anyone could have put on decals before you got it.

The tractor was ordered new from the dealer and picked allis factory There was very little chance it was changed. The tractor was ordered with a two row corn planter to wheel track plant.

series II started in 1963 but your serial number is 4300 which makes it a 1962 I hope this helps.
