I have an HD11 dozer, SN 5601E - I recently had the front cylinders
rebuilt and they work fine. However, I get unequal lift on the blade and it makes it difficult to get an even cut. Is there any adjustment on the hydraulic valves or pump controlling the cylinders to equalize the lift? Thanks for any input. |

Sounds like you have binding somewhere in the system of the blade itself , the cylinders should lift the same unless one has leakage , hyd pressure should equalize and if surface area is the same in both cylinders it should lift the same.
Check your hoses or lines for restrictions both on the pressure side of lift and the release side or return line. Make sure the hoses or lines are not restriction flow in or out. Edited by Coke-in-MN - 27 Sep 2012 at 2:10pm |

Thanks Coke-in-MN, I'll take a look at all the lines.
I don't think I have any binding in the blade itself. |

Try adjusting the support brace/arms to the dozer blade, that will cause what you are describing.
