I bought this tractor after it set for a few years with a full tank of bio-fuel and, I can drive it more then a few feet under load without it plugging.. any idea's how to go about cleaning out the tank ?

Well, I would drain all fuel out and remove tank to have it cleaned. As you can't clean it very well when it's on the tractor! Would also unhook all fuel lines and clean them as well! May even need a new one or two?
