I just brought out my new to me WD yesterday to do some field work, after raising and lowering the 3-pt hitch I hooked on to my plow and BAM the hydraulics wouldn't lower. It raised all the way up and stuck, I had to crack open the line at one of the lifting cylinders and it went down. I did this a few times and it still won't lower. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? Oh ya it has new hydraulic fluid too.

Use some fine laping compound. Chuck the spool in lathe or drill and lap spool to outer body. Some times a check spring will break and get in valve. MACK

I would screw the volume control screw all the way in and out a few times with the arms up and weight on them. It is on the front of the hydraulic unit.
