I don't have my parts book handy. Can you elaborate a little more? I'd be more then willing to help if but you have to be a bit more specific. Engine part? Fuel system part?

Looks like a cover of some sort that goes over the exhaust manifold.

It is a cover for the kerosene manifold to help keep the manifold up to temperature.

Ah. I believe I know what you are talking about.
 
The answer is No, not very many B's and C's were fitted with them. They were only installed on the ones designed to burn Kerosene. No need to worry if you don't have it.
