You can get a D19 down to 5000lb without any real problem I have one a diesel, used a D17 tri-sickle front end non power steering,no starter, batterys, generater, steel rims with 9 bolt hubs,20.8x34's 6 ply BFG's no snap coupler, lite plate on top of rear and back of rear.Pulls real good in 5500 because can get balance better.

We dont have any weight reductions on ours and we pull it from 6000-7500. It does best at 6500 but we seem to not be liked around our area and are usually sent home packin before we get onto the track since we have a turbo. Have you ever fun into any  problems?
