Redline, Look at the bottom left of the page. There are new buttons, "Like" on Facebook etc. Also the rating buttons for a topic.
So if a topic gets say 80% bad ratings will the Moderator lock it or delete it?

I still don't get it. What happens if a post doesn't get rated?
