I would take the old lines to a place that makes hydraulic hoses and see if they can duplicate them.

If they are steel lines, you should be able to find somebody that will bend up new ones, unless the fittings are some oddball thread and size. The shop I used to work at has a rack full of all different size steal lines and has all the hand bending tools, up to 1/2 inch OD line.

It's going to be difficult to snake hydraulic hoses in where steel lines were, expecially the ones underneath that go from the valve to the cylinder....it's tight in there.

As CT said, find someone to bend up the lines like the originals; the fittings are standard SAE double-flared hydraulic-type fittings.  You could even salvage the ends from the existing lines.  If you don't have them, buy some flarenut or  "line wrenches". They'll sure make it easier to remove the lines and avoid rounding off the hex corners  I think Sears has a good set for not too much.

Avoid the flare nut wrenches from Harbor Freight.  I had a set and they did not last very long.  They were a gift. What can I say.
Gatz is correct. Follow his advise and you will have your problem solved.
