It also looks like there is a big exhaust in back for the blower, maybe that's AC?

Yes door is in back.It is a Ford "county"tractor, could very well be 4000 sheet metal. The thing was probably built in the 70's, and after years of working in road salt, was ROTTED OUT. All new sheet metal and the cab was re skirted and fendered, then a quick paint job, and right back in the salt, er , snow. This thing has a heater core from each engine in the cab , lots of heat I think. My brother did the work.

I have a picture, not AC, of a HWY snow blower, taken at the GOTO in Milton ONT. I'm not into posting pictures, but can e-mail it to someone if they want to post it.

All I can say is you can keep that kind of equipment up there, and more importantly the need for it.

They use oshkosh trucks with blowers on the fronts of them to load snow into dump trucks and semis around here. Same purpose as the tractor except that they have a decent highway speed to get from place to place.
