here are some pics.  Motor was rebuilt totally - new pistons & sleeves, crank, cam gear, head redone etc.  motor is going back in.
 
new clutch and throw bearings
 
now i am starting to seriously put it back together.  Does anyone know where I can get a by-pass hose for the thermostat to water pump?  can't find one - but haven't checked agco yet
 
also where does the ground wire from the battery bolt to?  are the braided ground wire for sale correct?

Nice Job.
I believe there are two different hoses.
Make sure you order the right one.
Older one was short and straight and the newer one is curved.
Agco should have them.

A 45 with flat top pistons. That ought to give it some snort!

I got the one with a curve at a auto parts store. There a kinda universal hose like $4.00.
