Our CII is set up for wheat harvest not soybeans.
Looking for advice on setup and adjustments for harvesting soybeans.
Thanks in advance.

Our CII has a belt drive for the cylinder. The pulleys have to be switched to slow the cylinder down.  A 22T sprocket is used to adjust the header speed.
I think I am supposed to remove all but one bar in the concave but not sure or which one.

On my F when I ran beans, I would put the 20" pulley on the cylinder (same as the corn), and run the cylinder as fast as it would go with that pulley, and start at setting your cylinder gap at about 3/8", I wouldn't bother changing any of the concaves unless you have trouble with it.  If it is getting all the beans out of the pods, but splitting them, open the cylinder up to a little wider setting, if it fails to get the beans out of the pods, close the cylinder gap a little.  Usually running the slower cylinder speeds, and threshing against the the incoming crop it makes it a little more forgiving on the settings for the cylinder gap to avoid too many splits, the book will tell you to use a faster pulley and set it at a lot higher rpm which makes avoiding splits harder.
