It has been awhile since I set my avatar, but, if memory serves, it can only be 60 x 60 in size.  There are free programs on the web, that will allow you to resize and save your photo.  Then you should be able to insert it on here.

On the top of here is a search icon, click on that and put in avatar , do search and I think somewhere in those posts the answer will come up.

Welcome to the Forum. Use a photo program to resize the picture to 1024 or less then save it to a file on your computer. Then use the browse button to upload to your profile on the Forum. After this select the image to use as your avatar. It has been a while since I did mine so I have probably left out some details. Mine was so ugly that it took several attempts to get it to upload.

You've already heard it but I will say it again. Welcome to the forum. We love all tractors and agriculture equipment on this site but the orange tractors and silver combines are our life. That is a very nice lookin' WD you have there. I would like to hook my 1937 WC just to see what it would do and the same with my 1948 Oliver 70. I have a 1941 WC that has a bad motor and transmission and I'm thinking of making it into a bigger pulling tractor. The sad part is that I bought the 1941 WC as a parts tractor but the next thing you know you start to get ideas and the parts tractor turns into another project tractor. LOL

Okay SHAMELESS, we like MOST tractors. The only brand that most people on here really don't like is Massey Ferguson and that is because what the all knowing AGCO done by dropping their orange tractor line that is a direct link to AC in order to back MF.

Welcome debbie, I think some of these guys have never seen a Woman tractor dirver before. I have learned not to dout what my wife can do i just tell her that i don't think she can do something and she will prove me wrong. I'm not sure if she realises that i use that to my advantage.
Hey we are headed for OC in June for MD firemans convention we usualy try to do some eastern shore site seeing on the way home. send me a PM i wouldn't mind chacking out some AC's if you are interested.

Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

I think for my avatar I just used a photo I had posted on Photobucket.com. I just copied the "direct link" option from the photo I wanted, and pasted it in the box for the avatar, and it worked. I don't have the patience or knowledge to do that photo resizing stuff.......
Oh, and welcome to the best tractor site on the web!
