720 hydraulic coupler?

I have a 720 large frame garden tractor with two couplers on the front. The ones on the tractor have a round ball in the center, but the new ones I order have a point in the center. Are the couplers with the ball in the center available anywhere?

Depending on exactly what the point looks like, they may still work.  Some pioneer couplers have points rather than balls, but they are designed to work, none the less.
