How many rpm's can a 7080 be safely ran at without worrying about the motor coming apart?  From what I have heard if you keep the rpm's down a little they will last alot longer  Finally got the tach and gauges working so I'm not flying blind.

I run mine around 23-2400 rpms. Pulls a 34 ft feild cultivator to easily. If it hits a tough spot just push on the foot trottle to get through it. It will make the motor last a bit longer

I dont know whats wrong with my 7060 but wide open it runs at 3200rpm. I run around 2400 with it and push the pedal for extra help sometimes. I dont even have a balanced crank like the 7080. I have noticed that more rpms doesnt really mean more power though, it lugs down pretty quick up there.
