about 1/4 is as close as you'll get. I just went out and mesured A WD45 Pedal tractor has a 28" wheel base and A full size has a 96" wheel base. the variable here is all pedal tractors that I've seen have the same wheel base regaurdless of what tractor they represent. this is because they all need to fall into the same size range for a kid to ride. When looking at the store a CA, WD, 190, 8050. pedal tractor they were all the same size use the same wheels, pedals, steering, and  axles. When I converted My Sons WD$45 to a Wide front I used the front axle part # for a 8050. its the same part # for a 9N. just a differant color.
