I'm about to start the rebuild on my IB engine.
Is there any difference in the kits for a B engine (sleeves/ pistons etc.) form different suppliers? Or are they all the same quality?

Not all the same quality! You will be happy with a kit from Tony C (Tony's Tractors... http://www.tonystractors.com/ ) or Jim D (OK Tractor.. http://www.oktractor.com/catalog/ )
What this country needs is more unemployed politicians-and lawyers.
