Will the hydraulic pump off of a Gleaner E combine work to lift a scissor lift with 5' dia on a dump trailer?

I assume you mean 5" cylinder. Just about any pump will work, the problems are volume and pressure. The pump will determine volume and your relief on you valve will limit pressure. A large volume cylinder with a low volume pump will work but might take forever.
