I thought I might like to go overboard on the headlights on my wd-45, wanted to keep the original housing , drop in a seal beal , 12 volt, . So far I can find 4  1/2 inch , too small and 5 1/2  inch , too big.

Any 5 inch seal beams out there?

If  reflectors  are  good  just  use a 12 V bulb to brighten things  up. Tony

I found a NAPA bulb #LMP1143 for the 12 volt conversion. I used the 4 1/2" NAPA lamp #LMP4419 in my tractor. To make it work you have to buy 1/4" fuel line and cut it down the center on one side only, wrap it around the headlight and insert in the housing, install outer clamp and your done.

If the reflectors are not good have them chrome plated. I did that on my Oliver 60 and with 12v bulbs, it doesn't really need anything else.
