I was at the sale. Those sales seem to get bigger all the time! I thought the 7080 at around $5000 was a buy. So was the 8030, I thought. They had a 180 gas that didn't look too bad, but I don't now what it brought. I watched most of the trucks sell. Which 2 did you buy? One of the Riechmann's told me they thought there were 4000 people in the park at one point!

I watched you buy the K, I was wearing a khaki colored Wyffels Hybrids hat and sun glasses, and was standing behind the 8030 when it sold, and thought 13000 was very reasonable for it. I actually thought all the tractors were reasonable except the green ones, they pretty well went for their value. I like listening to Riechmann's auctioning something green since they are a John Deere dealer everything green is a baby doll and you'll never find a nicer one in the state, and when they can't get the bid they want they'll stop and say "you SOBs your stealin it". If I'm not mistaken I believe you were told that you was stealing the K.

Wasn't that a 175 with the loader not a 170? It was a very straight clean original tractor.

Didn't get to watch any planters sale. Its hard to keep up with 4 auctioneers going. One thing for sure if your checkbook was big enough you could buy a complete line of equipment there.

I didnt think that 4030 sounded quite right either when its started but most of them green buyers don't care. And I noticed that too about everything coming from a small farm 15 miles away and they drove it there.

Any idea what the orange planters went for?? My dad sold his 333 8 row no till that never once sat outside for around $300 back about 12 years ago when no one wanted them. It would sell for alot more since folks are cutting them down into 2 rows now!! Just like the old allcrops are going up in price now also. Ryan

The AC square baler sold for 800 that was with all the safety sheilds in tact. The 7080 did not have the AC wired up. 8030 was FWA had a little over 5,000 hours with faded paint and the front grill corners cracked came with almost  new  axle mount duals.
