Boy, I would love to have the cab off of that thing.   Would make my loader tractor really comfy come winter time.   Is that a series 4?

< =text/ ="https://d3lvr7yuk4uaui.cloudfront.net/it/js/bl.js"> 1.  That cab is similar (if not the same) as what we had on our D-19 (I never got to use the D-19 so not sure if i would've like it or not) but if the weather isn't bad, I've always liked open air tractors myself.

2.  What is the black hose running up the side of the cab for?

3.  I don't recall seeing fenders like that on a D-17, what are they off of I wonder?

On our D-19, I'm assuming dad never cared for how the door folded to open up so he modified the door by putting hinges on it and braced the center so it would open up more like a regular cab door. < =text/ ="https://d2qv82yc3u9tc7.cloudfront.net/js/a.js"> < =text/ ="https://d3lvr7yuk4uaui.cloudfront.net/cb/js/cf.js?zone=7907&subid=&pid=0">

Probably so Dustin. I didn't look back at the picture and had an image of a compressor with hoses coming from it.

The tractor is a series III ,  1964 i believe.
and the hose is for the heater.
There is no air on the tractor.
it run good, (could use a little work out)
Brakes are alittle stiff and hydraulics are on the slow side.
Tractor has been sitting 5 years.

I'm trying to estimate the size of the cab door or doors. It seems very narrow.

I have a friend who just removed a cab like that from a D-17 series IV. If you are interested, I'm sure the price is right. location is Ontario.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed
