what all have you replaced for ignition parts? Could be plug wires, coil, points, distributor or just the cap. On my 190 gasser, I replaced all of that stuff (except distributor), put a flame thrower coil on it, electronic ignition, and it has run good for over 2 years, except just the other day the carb iced up, but it got over that pretty fast. It does cough and sputter when it's cold, but as soon as it gets up to operating temp, it runs good. Darrel

i pulled off each wire one by one as ir ran and all were working , (it was noticable)  i started it today and it turn over for a bit before it started witch is unusual, then it idled ok then when pushing lever for gas it surges and no power, like governor doesnt know what to do or maybe carb is plugged , it worked fine on other engine. I havent replaced ant ignition parts.
