A couple of times I had to do something very similar. If you try it be careful. Go slow. Things can get dangerous very quick. Had a neighbor break an axle doing it.

Looks like he may have done it before, had the front end tied to something so it couldn't go too high.  Kind of expected him to say "Ya, you betcha".  Well, maybe he did.
