Simplicity used to make walk behinds that used the attachments you mentioned. If you look on YouTube you will find some videos of them.

I don't know exactly what they're worth, but if it's running well and has all of those attachments I would say it's worth around 300. I might be a little biased towards a lower price since I'm into the Gravely walk behinds and they're much more useful and better built than any of the other old 2-wheelers.

I have a Simpicity with a transmission on it. I don't remember how many gears. I have a front mount sickle mower on it. I also have a one bottom plow that came with Dads David Bradley tractor and I have a dozer blade a couple cultivators and a front mount heavy duty dump cart. The tractor has an 8 horse Briggs engine on it that I had laying around. Wish i had the original engine.

randy if you would have asked when you were over last sunday I could have showed you one in the barn, it is a Simplicity,  I think I gave 2.00 for  it  at a sale a few years back and it came with a plow and a cultivator,  I never used it but the guy told me that his parents got it when they got maried and always used it for thier garden.

Simplicity also made them for Montgomery Ward.  We have one (MW version) for sale, all original with sickle mower and blade.  Original Clinton engine loose with good compression, but haven't tried to get it running yet.
