Sorry about the confusion. Guess I now know that if you delete the picture from your stash, it also removes it from the forum. Stupid computer.

That did it.  NICE looking tractor.  Got any close-ups of the steering wheel?  It doesn't look original..

Good eye Ted, It's a Ford I believe. Has since been replaced with an aftermarket AC wheel.

Most of the WC,WD,WD45 high crop  i have bought out of the south have had the small gas tank on them but the hoods were all junk from the salt water from there.
I wounder about your serial # must be early because the front is made like all the WD high crop i have.
The 3 -WD 45 i have go goes back farther with the brace and uses the WD45 4 bolt bolster wide front not the weld up box that thompson built on the wd high crops.
How well does your tractor steer i just rebuilt a Wd thompson they steer alot faster
i had to put a new bearings in mine help a bunch still need to finish the wheels.
Your tractor is looking good.

Richard, I'll have to look at the serialnumber again. It is an early 53 asI recall and also Thompson conversion. It also needs some steering work, bearing going into bolster is bad. I have it on the back burner right now as I usually start in November and do things around/in the house during the winter. Just about to finish up my last project for this year. Heading to Fla. for GOTO next week. Then, when I get back hope to be able to start garden and play with tractors again.
