Is this a forum member's tractor? Either way whoever done this did an excellent job. I found it on another one of my episodes of typing Allis-Chalmers into the Google box and seeing what comes up. LOL
I also really like the magneto cover. ![]() Edited by AllisChalmers37 - 02 Feb 2011 at 11:44am |

That's kinda interesting. The image is tagged "GDSF 08" anybody know where that might be? I'm thinking Europe somewhere. I guess I can answer my own question. http://www.gdsf.co.uk/visitors_information/location.aspx

Interesting battery location. Looks like there is no switch on the starter so maybe a switch at the battery to power the starter? I'd like to see more photos of the front axle. Bob@allisdowneast

It doesn't look like it would turn very well. The door to the toolbox is on the opposite side.

While we are looking at FWA Bs here is another I found. It is not FWA but it is articulated and appers to be at an Allis-Chalmers show. So this has a higher probability of being a forum members. Again this is an AWESOME job.
This is the description for the pictrue. Not a true 4X4 but more of an articulated B. It was certainly a talking point at Marshalltown. ![]() |

It also has the starter tank for a duel fuel, non pressurized rad, the toolbox for an early hand crank(no cut out for battery), a temp gauge(maybe added on) and foot brakes. Dave, do you know what the little cap on the right front of the hood is? Charlie

Yes, it was at the Marshalltown GOTO in 1998. I recognize the photo but don't know the tractors owner.
