does any one know were to find the decals for one? or were i could find one already done?  I know they used the IH tractor for  it.

A friend of mine made a D21 pedal tractor for me several years ago. He as you said used the IH 1066 casting, he also put a wide front end on it from a newer Agco model pedal tractor. I will see if I can find out where he got the decals.

 I built 10 of the D21s about 7-8 years ago. I still have the decals in my sign program, it would take a week or so to get them ready. $45.00 shipped 
  I also still have the first D21 I built, I will take $450.00 plus shipping for it or I will be at the St Louis Gateway show next weekend in room 212. I will have it will me.
 
   THe hardest thing to do on the 21s is lowering the center of the IH 66 hood, Most others I have seen built, didnt have the rib lowered.

I think it ought to be changed to WFE.   If you hurry you could have it done before the show!!!   LOL  Always wanted to attend the SL Gateway show but never made it.  Now I am toooo far away!!    Armand

 Armand,  I thought about the WFE when I was building them but I like the classic narrow fronts on the pedals. Something about them with a wide front looks to modern to me.
 
BTW, your never too far away to attend a toy show!!!!!!!!
