CA surging "PROBLEM SOLVED!'

   First off, thanks to all for the input. Burgie, RSponenburg and Steve M hit it right on the head, throttle shaft seal. Since I had changed carbs just two days ago I thought the throttle shaft seal couldn't be the problem. But I went and looked at the carb I took off and sure enough that one had play in the shaft also. I guess the method I used for checking for leaks didn't work. Anyway, I found a seal leftover from a previous kit, put the carb back on, removed my "quick fix" and gave it a try. It started fine so I took it for a test run pushing a little snow on the driveway. It is back to running the way it should. Thanks again guys.
