Why is the one missing the side panel? Is it to fit the deutz engine? Do these guys have plans to restore these rare beasts someday?

 The tractors are being serviced and getting ready for this spring. Maybe someday on the restoring if they can find the engines that came out in them. The tractors are used farming.
