I've scrounged around and found a set of sleeves and pistons from my vast inventory of junk to replace the ones in the -45 engine I am trying to revive to running condition. Looks like 4 1/8" pistons. Anyhow, the O rings at the bottom of the sleeve are much fatter than what I have seen so far on other sleeves.
Anybody know what size these are and where to get my hands on a set?

if it's fatter round o rings and 4.125 bore liners, they are most likely Cleavlite. I have a new set of O rings here, I got them from Tisco as I have a set of liners that need them. They are about $5 per set.
If you measure the O ring grove minimum diameter and width I can check to make sure, or monday I can try and rember to post the measurements of mine.

Lou, if you have a dial caliper you can measure the width of the groove and then either measure the outside diameter of the sleeve and subtract 2 times the depth of the groove, or if your caliper fits, measure the diameter of the groove. If your groove is for a 3/16 o-ring the depth of the groove from the outside will be a few thousandths of an inch less than the cross section of the o-ring.
