finally found a block for my 45-D.it is in north dakota.my mom raised me to have better sense than go some place where they have 2 seasons.WINTER AND THE 4 TH OF JULY.need some advise on the cheapest and best way to get it out of the artic.any help will be acceptied...thx

I would recommend putting it on the hauling schedule on the YT forum. You may find someone going from that way down to you and be suprised.

I've also used UShip with good sucess. Moved two HD5G's that way. 5-600 pound block would be a piece of cake

When I worked for a fast freight company (CCX) it was common to see complete engines come thru the dock strapped to a pallet.

j.w., does catching crappies pay pretty good, cause I forgot to mention that I'm broke!!! Oh, as for the 2 seasons in ND, winter is pretty much the undisputed title for 1 season, but the 2nd season is quite commonly referred to as "Road construction season!"
