For me, it works best to have them in Photobucket-it is free to do so. Then, when you reply, you DON'T do the quick reply, you use the Post Reply option. In that screen there will be a button to insert image-use the IMG code from your photobucket account.

You have to get on photobucket and get an account. Once you have one and are in your account, there is a button on the top of the screen that has "upload picture" on it. You have to click on that and then find where the specific picture is that you want to load up and select it, and then it will load up on photobucket. Then you can go into your pictures and select the IMG Code that is under the picture when you drag the pointer over it. If you left click on it, it will copy it. Then when you post on here, you just right click and paste it where you are typing. It's best to hit enter and paste it on it's own line, so that your text will be above it. Hope that helps.
