Check with A&W Tractor in Wisconsin. They had a source at one time

Reliance used to make them. Last I heard 10 years ago they stopped making them and only had leftover inventory. That may have changed and A&W tractor would now.
The 4" kits are alwasy double the price of the 4 1/8 overbore kits.
