Anyone have these on a tractor? Wondering how they compare to a 16.9 or 18.4. Was wanting to put on 16 inch rims. Thank you in advance.

480 mm is 18.9 inches.   Have to research the 70R (radial) for height. Your tire man can tell you.

70 is the aspect ratio.  So, thats 70% of the width in mm. 480x70%= 336mm 
divided by 25.4mm = 13.2" from rim to tread  "R" means radial

What I find is 56 inches tall about the same as a 16.9 x 28.
