Swinford's book doesn't have any numbers for the series 4 D-17 from 1964 to 67. Without those numbers, the total NF tractors of D-17 and D-19's is less than 9,000 units. I have always said, I believed that A-C sold more WF tractors percentage wise than any other competitor in row-crop models.

We're some of the wide fronts converted to narrow fronts for mounted corn pickers and maybe cultivating or other jobs.

For a corn pickers, sure and not hard to do at all. Cultivating ?? I wouldn't change to NF for that. NF's don't do the mud as well if there would be a wet spot in the field.

Wide front with 20" rubber and 38's on the rear....

Only issue i had doing this is it puts the rear cultivators at a slightly upward angle...
This was on a snap coupler rear cultivator...

If you had factory 3 point i believe you could adjust 3rd point to adequatey compensate....
