I don't know where to find one, if you have a local tractor graveyard you could try there. Otherwise maybe the more experienced members would know?

Keep us posted on this. If ARP has a replacement, would you let us know? Or post the p/n of the original bolts/nuts, if still available? I’m strongly considering replacing mine before final assembly. Don’t want to take chances after all the headaches it has been getting this far.

arp is sending me one bolt to see it it will work , it sounds like the nut will end up exactly flush with the end of the bolt.    think we will machine the rods and cap just enought to get a full thread past the nut  also the grip lenght is about 1/8 longer that shouldent hurt. because thier is only an 1/8 grip in the cap .     if it will be ok they have plenty and they cost exactly 10 times less than the oem  , dont know who makes the oem but the arps should be the best we are going to get

Oem p/n’s are 74515070 -bolt
74516821 - nut. They appear to be pretty pricey. At one time I had an NOS connecting rod, and it did not have the castle nut with cotter key on the rod bolts, like the originals. It had a crown lock style locking nut, and there was maybe one thread protruding, if that. I’d assume that if the bolts/nuts were ordered from AGCO, they’d be the newer design. Hopefully the ARP’s will work. Post part numbers if you would, once you get them verified. Thanks
